IPv6 on 98

  At present Microsoft has released a MSR IPv6 stack, but only for
WinNT4.0 and Win2000, not for win98 and win95. It is a good stack.
  You can find much supporting under *BSD and Linux. Also HPUX and AIX
can support IPv6.
