[xcp] Some remarks on XCP

Hi,
last week I have proposed the absolute feedback for XCP (the first
idea for this came into my mind as I read the original XCP paper).
What is interesting for me (and maybe for a lot of other
researchers) is the feedback of those researchers who
prefer the delta XCP feedback. Please present your suggestions
and ideas. Then we can start a very interesting discussion.
