X_Bone checks to make sure that the ctl_addr matches that of the hostname.
That check was failing here.

X-Bone daemons need real ip addresses (with routing setup) to be able to
communicate with each other. The ip addresses for the IP overlays created
are picked from the network prefixes specified by the netv[4|6] and
linkv[4|6].

If you intended 192.168.0.1 to be (one of) the address with in the
overlay, set netv4/6 and linkv4/6 appropriately, and modify ctl_addr and
app_addr variables in the configuration file (to the real addresses). If
you would like to retain the 192.168.xxx address for the local interface,
then please make sure that the DNS entries are appropriately configured so
that a lookup of the hostname you specified results in 192.168.xxx
address.
