[ns] Integration of Umts/Wlan

Dear People,
I am using NS2 version 2.27 and have an urgent need to simulate a UMTS,
Wimax senario. I know to simulate UMTS senario I need patch. I dont find
those patch and I dont know how to install it
can you help please
