[ns] Where to find Owns source file?

Hi to everybody.

 I'm trying to get the Owns, an extension of ns for simulation of
optical networks. However, I can not download its source file from
http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/~dawn/. The link seems to be broken.

 Well, my questions are: does somebody uses Owns? Is there any
alternative place to do download of its source file? Would be possible
to somebody to send that file directly to me?
