[ns] Extending dei80211mr in order to use multichannel

Dear all,

I am trying to extend dei80211mr in order to use multichannel. I thought to
modify PAWirelessPhy class and Mac802_11mr class. But, when I include a
different header in *wireless-phymr.h*, the code doesn't compile. However, I
can include the same header in *mac-802_11mr.h* that the code compile
normally.

Does anybody know the reason of this problem? Or maybe, someboy have
implemented this feature and may share the source code.
