[ns] problem in NS2.34 makefile during adding Wimax module

Dears

I have chosen the project "Performance 
Evaluation of implementing QoS-included WiMAX MAC layer via NS2 
simulator". to realise this project I've installed NS-2.34 in linux Ubuntu 8.10 
successfully according to this guide and proper package:

To

 add WiMAX module into NS-2.34; according to comments in
http://nsnam.isi.edu/nsnam/index.php/Contributed_Code
I
 chose wimax module in
http://www.lrc.ic.unicamp.br/wimax_ns2/
that

 is more practical in QoS
 of Wimax. This module is based on module provided by
http://www.cs.clemson.edu/~jmarty/projects/projects.html#WiMAX:_:_

I
 checked both of links; For the first after running the commands "make clean" and "make" as the guide; I face with the 
error:
Makefile:251:

 *** commands commence before first target.  Stop.

As It was strange for me; I bring back all copied/replaced folders 
and changes in the Makefile.in as begin (after installation NS2 without 
Wimax module); In this case I executed these two commands "make 
clean" and "make" just for testing un installed version of
 NS2; and amazingly I saw that the same error message 
appears !!!!
 
So I think the error may be originated from the 
first pacage of NS2. REALLY I don't know; the 
is that I need this module of Wimax which is recommended for QoS 
Simulation, and in all my tries I have faced with this error.
 
May I ask you to guide me if you know what I can do to 
solve this problem of package / module installation related to MAKEFILE 
errors.
 
I'll
 be much thankful if you kindly guide and help me in this subject.
