[ns] how to identify node id in ns2

Hi friends,
in my algorithm I need to decide what action to take based on the node id.
do you know which variable gives me the node id (I'm implementing a new
queue and clearly each node has its own queue but I don't know every time
ns2 uses my queue in which node I am?).

Any suggestions?
