[ns] Handover latency in UMTS-802.11 handover [NIST module]

Hi!

How I can calculate handover latency in a vertical handover between  
WiFi and UMTS?
I found a script in NIST module (ns-2.29\tcl\hsntg\802_21\scenario1  
directory) but it isn't calculated correctly because we can't see the  
MIH primitives in the log file.
