[ns] install ns-nist-mob

hi all,

i want to install the NS mobilty module of the NIST which integrate Wimax and UMTS and other fonctionnality ...

when i decompress the archive, i found a foulder NS2.29.

My question is: should i replace this folder in the Ns-allinone 2.29 before do ./install ? 
> I try this but doesn't work "imposible to create the makefile  " 

Give me a solution please ... i try a lot of version and i don't find the possibility to integret this module in NS-2.
