[ns] Evaluation of Handover Latency in a WiFi-WiMax scenario

In a trace file of a scenario about handover from wifi to wimax (or  
vice versa), using MIH, how can I determine the latency of handover?
What is the start message and the stop message that I have to use to  
calculate  this?

Note: I'm using NIST MIH module.

All help or support will be very helpful.
