[ns] disabling RTS/CTS does not work - RTSThreshold_ 3000

I have realized that the mistake was I try to change MAC settings
after configuring the node and you must do it before.

Mac/802_11 set RTSThreshold_ 3000

$ns node-config -adhocRouting $val(rp) \ ...
