[ns] segmenation fault for more than 20 nodes in OLSR

I modified the UM-OLSR protocol to add some security elements. it works fine until the number nodes crosses 20. with more nodes i am getting a segmentation fault. 

can anybody help me , why segmentation fault may occur? help with some causes and remedies.  how can i debug it? i think the memory is not overloaded, as OLSR runs with more than 50/100 nodes.
