[ns] how to access mac layer from upper layers

Hi,

I am developing a code in c++ that needs to access the power transmitted by
an adjacent node from the routing layer. How do I access the value of return
by :

Propagation::getDist(double Pr, double Pt, double Gt, double Gr, double hr,
double ht, double L, double lambda)

from the routing layer?

The other concern is to attach the received power transmission value and
store/attach this value to the mobile node that had sent the packet.
