[ns] Greis tutorial as to defining new protocols

Hello,
i am working with the Marc Greis' tutorial and i stick with section VII
where a new protocol ought to be defined. There are several files
mentiones in the tutorial and all of them are provided for download.
When I execute the "make" command as described, I just get the following
error:
apps/ping.cc:64: error: 'off_ip_' was not declared in this scope
apps/ping.cc:93: error: no match for 'operator>>' in
'hdrip->hdr_ip::src_ >> *(A
ddress::instance() ->Adress::NodeSHift_ +4u)'
make: *** [apps/ping.o] Error 1

I do not know how to handle these error and do not know where their
origin is.
Please help me with that problem.
