[ns] Contribute protocol GPSR and Location Services GLS, RLS, HLS in ns2.33

Dear Sirs,
   I am trying do include the ns-2.33 patch avaliable on this link (
http://www.cn.uni-duesseldorf.de/staff/kiess/software/hls-ns2-patch).

I have followed the procedure described on readme.txt.
Unfortunately, I got the compilation error "PT_GPSR was not declared in this
scope".

Do you know what is wrong? There is a correct version for ns-2.33 avaliable?

Could someone run GPSR code sucessfully on ns-2.33?
