Hello all,
I make changes to the Makefile.in file in ns-allinone-2.33/ns-2.33 directory in order to add a new protocol to ns2.
When I try to built the new Makefile (by running ./configure), I got this message:
"config.status: autoconfig.h is unchanged"
Can someone help me please
