[ns] how the target->recv() in class agent udp works?

I try to trace from the start,
but fail to find that when the NsObject* target in class UdpAgent is
assigned,
therefore, invoking target_->recv(p); in sendmsg() confuses me.
I don't know what happens next! 

Try to search the questions in this forum, but no answer.
Please someone help me.
