[ns] run OOLSR in ns2, please help me

Dear All,
 
I  extracted successfully your  OOLSR(version ns-allinone-2.27-oolsr-0.99.15) downloaded in http://hipercom.inria.fr/OOLSR/) but when I use ./install by cygwin after extracting  then there are errors(I attach).I do that for two times but it is the same error. I continue to run OOLSR and it is failed. Maybe It cause failure when I install by cygwin not good? However, I still run successfully some other examples in ns2.
 
Could you please help me?
