[ns] Mobility Scenario Generator

Hi, NS community.
I am looking for a mobility scenario generator to simulate the
following scenario. That is, the mobile nodes move at high speed in
some region, while at low speed in other region. It is just like the
ones drove in the highway, then some one stopped and walked into a
restaurant.
Is there any generator supplying such scenario available?
