[ns] [Ns-announce] announcing ns-2.34, nam-1.14 releases and ns-allinone-2.34 package

Those of you who may have tried to download the ns-allinone-2.34 package
  after this release was announced may have found that the file on the
Sourceforge site was corrupted and couldn't be unzipped.  There is now a
working file posted at Sourceforge.
