[ns] installing lenux red hat

i hve installed the red hat version 5 after removing fedora and i have a new problem it is :
 
checking if 64 bit support is requested .....no
 
checking if 64 bit sparc VIC support is requested ....no
 
its in the TCL folder
 
do you have any idea
