[ns] "node-config" funtion

hi:
can I use "node-config" function to configure the wired nodes  , e.g with 
 
$ns_ node-config -llType LL \
    -macType Mac/802_3 \
    -phyType Phy/WiredPhy \
    -channelType  
....
 
safiya
