[ns] Activate CTS/RTS..

Hi,

I think Handshake can be turn on by setting the MAC_RTSThreshold 
in "../ns-allinone-2.33/ns-2.33/mac/mac-802_11.h" to 0 bytes 
which means that RTS will be send for all data packet transmissions.
