[ns] Following an alternative path when a link is down

Hello folks,

Hope you all are doing great and enjoying ns2 :)

Bel, to choose an alternative path when the shorter route is down, you need
to add "$ns rtproto DV"  at the beginning of your Tcl script, after the
simulator object has been created.
