[ns] warning in implementing 'protoname'

Hi,
I get the same warnings while compiling ns-2. However the simulator works perfectly, so I didn't pay attention to them.
I
believe they aren't important, I'm not a C++ expert, but a "string"
variable is pretty much the same as a "char * ". The compiler is
warning you that the conversion is somehow dangerous.

I have made all the changes as directed, and get the following result in
response to 'make' command:
