[ns] Underwater Module Installation Problem

Hi,
I am trying to install underwater modules for NS-2 but I am getting the
following error. Can somebody help me with this error please?? 

I am using ns-2.29 and Cygwin.
I downloaded the underwater module from this link.

Officially there is no support available for this module. I was hoping if
somebody had tried this and worked on it, he/she might be able to help me.
