[ns] IPQit, MPLS and ATM using NS2

Dear All, I am an MSc student writing a dissertation to compare QoS between IP over ATM and IP over MPLS. i am intending to use NS2 and came across a published paper about IPQit containing details of the functionality for this package. i tried to find the package on the internet to no avail and was wondering if you can please send me the link to the download location.
