[ns] tcl8.4.5 make failed!

I installed fedora 6
then trying to install ns-allinone 2.28
 
i have the following error
 
./install: line 410: make: command not found
tcl8.4.5 make failed! Exiting ...
 
 
I don't know what to do please help be to solve this
