[ns] 802.11e on caseti Model

I think you can't install this on ns 2.30. You need to download ns 2.19
as its compatible to that. I tried to install it on ns2.29 if I
correctly remember as it was may be a year back and  I failed. So I
installed it on ns2.19 as instructed by the Casetti and successfully
running it. Its wonderful implementation of 802.11e. It would have been
even much better if some more details would have been given but its
still too good. Details of installing it is given in
