[ns] necessary update at Marc Greis' Tutorial

i'm looking at Marc Greis' Tutorial in "An new protocol for ns" and i find
an error.
He said that i have to insert a piece of code at file "tcl/lib/ns-packet.tcl". So, the file has a new code and the old code is comment. what do i do now?
