[ns] how to use ErrorModel/TwoStateMarkov?

Hi all ns users,

I want to use ErrorModel/TwoStateMarkov, but who can give me an example for
using it?
In ns manual chapter 13, there is only an example for uniform error rate.
An explicit example for TwoStateMarkov is desirable.
