[ns] how to calculate throughput in wired-cum-wireless

Dear ns-users,
I am  sumulating a wired-cum-wireless network.
I am facing a trouble in writing an *awk* script to calculate throughput in
*wired*-*cum*-*wireless* scenarios, how can I deal with the *wired* trace to
calculate the number of sent packets?also how can I calculate the end-to-end
delay for a packet sent from a *wired* node to a *wireless* node? please
help me, waiting your reply.
