[ns] ns-2.31 how i can achieve multicasting

hi everyone,
                   does any body know how i can achieve multicasting in ns-2.31. ? plz tell me.suppose  i identified a malicious node in the network and i want to send a packet to everyone in the network except that malicious node. and i can achieve this by using multicastiing. how i can achieve this in ns-2.31. reply me as soon as you can. thanks bye
