[ns] how to run ".tcl" files

Hi,
When you installed the ns-2, at the end of installation, the terminal/
command window should show you the variables (LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
TCL_LIBRARY, TK_LIBRARY) to set.
About libotcl, I guess you need to install that library again.
After that, run the ns from the appropriate directory (bin).
