[ns] [bug] ns2.27 not installed properly,

Description:

Description of Problem: when i am installing NS2.27 on VectorLinux PC, after some steps , the installation stops in between , and in the last i got this output 

/configure: line 7068: `       OSF*)'
tcl8.3.2 configuration failed! Exiting ...
Tcl is not part of the ns project.  Please see www.Scriptics.com
to see if they have a fix for your platform.

and when i execute any example script from \ns\..\examples , it gives me the output ns command not found.
