[ns] Handoff location and Tx Range Area Control for BS

Hi all,
Can anyone knows how to control the handoff point during a simulation within the intersecting boundary region of three or more BS Tx range area?

Again what is the best way to control the Tx range area for a BS to design a intersecting boundary area?
