[ns] wireless network open source project which allow multiplexing of users in a single TTI

I'm working on a scheduling algorithm to be implemented over networks which
can
transmit data to multiple users simultaneously. Thus requires the network to
allow

multiplexing of users in a single TTI.

But unfortunately, I have not found such a kind of open source yet.

Could you please tell me if you know such a project?THANKS!
