[ns] Analysis of Energy Parameters for Wireless Nodes from trace file

hi,
   
  I'm working on the energy efficiency of protocols in MANETs. Can anyone please tell me on how to analyse the energy parameters from the trace file. I tried using NAM, but the energy data seems to be missing from the NAM file. Please advice.
