[ns] How to write a script like thrutcp.tcl under NSE extension?

Hi, all:
   I am using  *NS-2 Emulation Extensions* from
http://www-ivs.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/EuK/forschung/projekte/nse/
   But I am not sure how to write a script *like thrutcp.tcl* under it?
   Could anyone  show me how?
