[ns] TORA problem

HI,
I am using NS 2.31 on FC-6.
Whenver I run a TORA routing protocol , I get a message like given below.
But all other protocols like AODV, DSR and  DSDV run smoothly.
So does any 1 have any clues??
The error is:
