[ns] Mac 802.11 interface queue length

Hello,
I'm using NS2.31 to implement some modifications to the mac-802.11 code.
I need to check the length of the mac interface queue in Mac802_11
class. In the "Queue" class there is a function "length()" that gives
the number of packets in the queue. However I'm not seeing how to use it
from the Mac-802_11 class. Any suggestions please?
