[ns] ns2 extension files for MIP

Hi to all 
   
  Please give me instructions where to find extension modules MIPv4, MIPv6, HMIPv6, FHMIPv6 and S-MIP for any ns version.
  I hope that it is possible somehow to incorporate all of them in one ns simulator.
