[ns] Mobile sctp

Hi everyone,
I am currently working on my diploma thesis and i want to make a simulation about mobile sctp. 
Does anyone know if there is an extension for the add-ip/delete-ip procedures that don't exist on the current sctp patch on ns2? 
If anyone has worked on it, I would be very grateful if you could give me any help.
