[ns] Installing MNS

Hi everyone!
I've been trying to install NS with the MNS patch (this is a patch to simulate
MPLS networks on NS) I've been trying for about 5 weeks but I still have not
been able to install it. I'm new in linux, so that makes things difficult. So,
do you know which distribution and version of linux is appropriate for install
MNS v2.0 ?. And also, what version of NS ?.
And do you know about a good tutorial about how to install MNS ?.
Your answer will be really helpfull

PD: I'm also interested in the RSVP-TE patch if you know about a tutorial.
