[ns] How to set the link delay of a Satellite link in NS2(Version 2.32).

Hi, all
   I have recently read the tlc code of satellite in NS2(~/tcl/ex/sat-repeater.tcl). I want to know how to set the link delay of satellitelinks(for example set the geo satellite links delay 300ms in one derection and the Roun Trip Time is 600ms), but I haven't found where and how to set.Who can help me?
