[ns] C++ and tcl linkage

 Hi 

i have a problem some time ago and i been trying to install ns in windows
but  i have failled to do that i what to know what steps did you do. i
currenly using ns2.29 in the office and at home ns2.31 using linux. how did
you link the c++ code with tcl script .

The most problem that i have is that i have an error for script which say
invalid command mac802.11e after geting the patch EDCA
