[ns] wireless node with different protocol in one scenario

Hello, to all

I want use multiple wireless node with different protocol in one scenario. 
for example, a node's routing protocol is DSR and another node have AODV or 
other wireless routing, or two node with different MAC protocol.
I want know, it is possible in NS?
And if possible, how can do this?
