[ns] NS code for UMTS simulation

Dear all,
I am working with the progects hetrogeneous networks. I need to simulate
UMTS environment. But NS-2 not having the provision for it. I got some
contributed code meant for 2.1b9 version. But It is not compailing with the
present version of NS-2 ie 2.31. So I tried with 2.19 still giving
compiling errors!!
Please help me ...
