[ns] regarding installation of cygwin

Hello NS-Users,

I am trying to install Cygwin in the Dell System with Windows XP
installed (Home edition version 2002) and the configuration of the
system is as follows.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU
T7200 at 2.00GHZ
998MHZ,1GB of RAM
Dell model number is Dell TM XPS TM M1210

When I try install Cygwin ,it always ends up to 99% only and enters in
the hang state(/etc/postinstall/base-files-mketc.sh).Any help in
this regard would be of great help for me.
